Rapp Optical, a most original and avant-garde optical shop and a true eclectic institution in the city, was Ddesign's very first Toronto client. We worked with Julia Basin’s photography to produce contemporary pieces including a business card, a warranty card, and print ads. With the introduction of their fountain pens for Penhandler@rapp, Ddesign created a bookmark with ragged edges to convey a return to old style aesthetics.
